Select RCA products are available for pre-order at an exclusive discounted price. Pricing and availability are listed on individual product pages. Pre-orders are available only to customers within the United States.

2. Pricing & Payment

All pre-order products are offered at a special discounted price compared to their regular retail value. See product listings for specific pricing details.
Customers will be charged the full discounted pre-order price at the time of purchase to secure their order.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Pre-order purchases are expected to ship by July 2025 at the earliest. Please note this timeframe may change due to production or supply chain factors.
Customers will receive shipping details and tracking information once their order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Customers may cancel their pre-order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To cancel a pre-order, please contact support@rcatv.com with your order details.
After 30 days from the purchase date, pre-orders cannot be canceled.
