Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
- The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and user manuals included.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Products that are damaged, used, or missing accessories may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been mounted, installed, or used.
- Final sale, clearance, or open-box items.
- Products that show physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Any product returned without original packaging or missing accessories (remote, power cord, stand, etc.).
3. Return Process
1. Request a Return Authorization
- Contact our support team at support@rcatv.com or go to support.rcatv.com
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2. Receive Return Instructions
- We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions if your return is approved.
3. Ship the Product Back
- Securely repackage the product in its original packaging.
- We will provide a shipping label to return the product.
- The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total refund, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Restocking Fee: A minimum 25% restocking fee may apply to opened or non-defective products.
5. Damaged or Defective TVs
- If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.
- Any claims for damaged items must include photos of the product and packaging.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for defective products.
- If you would like a different model, please return the product and place a new order.
